Es bedeutet so viel wie\u00a0liebende G\u00fcte, Herzensw\u00e4rme, Wohlwollen.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Wir kultivieren also eine heilsame wohlwollende Beziehung zu uns selbst und zu anderen Menschen &amp; Lebewesen. Diese Tradition hat ihren Ursprung in der Betonung des Verweilens in einem nat\u00fcrlichen Zustand, frei von konzeptionellen Ausarbeitungen. Wenn man sich in diesem nat\u00fcrlichen Zustand befindet, kann sich der Geist v\u00f6llig offen und klar anf\u00fchlen &#8211; sehr befreiend.<\/p><ul><li class=\"p1\">Setz dich irgendwo im Freien hin, wo es bequem ist, und stell dich auf deinen nat\u00fcrlichen Atemrhythmus ein.<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Blicke nun auf den Horizont und lass deinen Blick einfach dort ruhen.
